We are now taking reservations for the Annual Keys Trip!

Music, Pirate luau, multiple other activities, and side trips planned. This is Trailblazers most popular trip! NOW open to friends like YOU! PLEASE join me!

Just like the last couple of years, we are not assigning beds on a first come first serve basis. Rather we are using helpfulness to smooth running of the trip as well as the club as a whole on a regular basis. We will open the trip to family and friends but priority will be given to our members. So don't delay making your reservations. There will be a $25 extra charge for non-members that can be applied to membership if desired for those who qualify to be a member.

Cost breakdown

Our apologies for the increase in cost. We do not make money off of this adventure. With price increases of everything and decreased membership, we had to make the adjustments to help cover the costs.

Each unit has the following for sleeping, etc:

A master bedroom with Queen sized bed & private bath ($1100 total for 1 or 2 people)
A guest bedroom with a queen bed (1 person at $500) and a twin bed (one person at $400)

Payment deadlines:

Money paid is non-refundable unless a replacement is found that does not result in a negative balance. Transferring from one unit to another is not considered a replacement in monetary terms.

We will be staying at the Coco Plum Beach and Tennis Club, 109 Cocoplum Drive in Marathon, Florida, 33050, mile marker 54.5 at the traffic light. There are 20 units. We rent the entire resort. To help you decide which unit you might be interested in, go to https://www.cocoplum.com/property-layout. It takes only approximately 1 minute to walk from the back to the front.

We will help with carpool arrangements if needed.

Our itinerary will be very similar to last year and prior years. Plus as always we welcome suggestions for fun things to do while we are down there.

Those of you who have never been on this trip can see what all is included with the accommodations below. Frequent trippers don't need to read this part.

Top Floor(3rd):

One master bedroom with private bath, queen sized bed, bureau, closet & TV with cable. (sleeps 1 or 2)
One guestroom with queen sized bed, twin bed, bureau, closet and TV with cable. (sleeps 2)*
Living Room area has a sofa, a couple of easy chairs, coffee table, TV with cable and VCR or DVD, and Game table (or however you choose to use it). The living room is intended to be accessible by all in the unit.
Bed linens and bath towels/washcloths are provided. Beach towels are not provided but are available for purchase in the front office.

2nd Floor

Fully equipped kitchen with full-size oven, stove cook top, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, pots and pans, plates, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, utensils, etc. Pretty much everything you need in a kitchen.

Ground Floor

Laundry Room (detergent for one wash is provided, more can be purchased in the front office of the resort).
Parking underneath the units (only 1 spot per unit, so carpooling is recommended). If the 1 spot is filled, parking is available along the sides of the road on both sides of the resort. Do not park in the one spot that is intended for a different unit.
The ground floor also serves as a personal secured storage area for items such as bikes, dive tanks or pool toys/inflatables. (You are responsible for securing your items.)

There are 9 deep water boat docks across the street for a fee. There is also additional parking in that area.
Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property and smoking is not allowed in the villas. If evidence of smoking is found in the villas we will be fined $250 for each occurrence so, please don't do it.
